2023 Calistoga Cabernet Sauvignon. A brooding masterpiece, exuding blackcurrant liqueur, black cherries, and dried blueberries, enveloped by layers of smoked leather, charcoal, and dark chocolate truffle.

Hints of black peppercorn, anise, and fresh-turned earth add depth to its shadowy allure. Velvety and full-bodied, this wine reveals immense richness, its dark fruit core framed by firm, polished tannins. The finish is deep and lingering, resonating with notes of molten espresso, tar, and a whisper of savory herbs. ANGLES 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Calistoga, Napa Valley

This 2023 Sauvignon Blanc from Calistoga transcends the typical expectations of the varietal, revealing a captivating complexity and depth rarely found in white wines. Crafted with the discerning palate of Cabernet Sauvignon enthusiasts in mind, the winemaking approach focuses on building texture and nuance. Fermentation in stainless steel and neutral French oak, followed by seven months of aging on the lees, creates a Sauvignon Blanc with remarkable body and character. Vibrant fruit flavors dance alongside a crisp acidity, while subtle oak undertones add further complexity. This is a Sauvignon Blanc that breaks the mold, offering a captivating experience for those who appreciate the artistry and innovation of winemaking.
